Krystal Grow has worked across the non-profit sector, community journalism, global media, photography, public art and higher education. With a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving and process building, she has initiated and implemented systems and workflows that enable internal teams and external clients to get their best work done.

She was a Senior Photo Editor at Getty Images and later managed commissioned projects for high profile brands including Grey Goose, TresEMME, and Paramount, and production logistics for entertainment events including the Grammys, Sundance Film Festival, and New York Fashion Week. She comes to Clarity from the Columbia Journalism School, where she was the Program Manager at the Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma.

Krystal earned an MA in arts and culture journalism from the Columbia Journalism School, where she was awarded the John Chancellor Scholarship for Excellence in Journalism. She is currently an MA candidate in the Art and Art Education program at Columbia Teachers College, where she focuses on printmaking and community education.
